Words To Live By

For decades, we have heard about the ROAD TO SUCCESS, what is it? And how does one arrive there? One day we were born and one day we will cease to exist, between these two paradigms, we live our lives and achieve what we can with the allotted time.

The ROAD TO SUCCESS, as we have all abundantly heard is not paved with gold and does not automatically materialize. In order to achieve success in life, it has to be earned, one has to work hard, apply oneself, exhibit determination, exude perseverance, display patience and live by a high code of ethics. The journey itself may be long and replete with trials, but the end result is the ultimate prize, we all sought after.

Apparently, we now reside in a generation, that demands success now and is not willing to cultivate the work habits and put in the necessary effort to guarantee success. We have sadly seen and heard of those who have tried to circumvent the success formula, in their attempt to acquire everything now and found themselves in mental and penal institutions and even those who have had untimely deaths.

We have been reminded of qualities such as, sacrifice, integrity, reliability, intestinal fortitude, determination and plain hard work, which are all part of the success equation. There is also a greater sense of accomplishment and appreciation, when we have achieved success, as a result of our consistent application.

So, let’s us all set a definitive plan, for OUR ROAD TO SUCCESS and while on this journey, help someone who may need a helping hand.

Tek care yu hear, till nex time.  Gregory Ducasse.
